Cake Selections are interchangeable. The majority of our cakes are finished in a butter cream frosting in oppose to fondant. For those with nut allergies, please know that all of our equipment comes in contact with nut oils, extracts, etc.
Most of our cakes are finished in butter cream. We have found that most of our clients enjoy the taste of butter cream but like the smooth look of fondant so we have managed to create that same smooth look in butter cream, as shown below.
