If you have a cake design already picked out, please feel free to email us the design, the number of guests you are anticipating, and the date/time of the wedding reception. We'll in turn, be more than glad to give you an estimate.
No, that is complimentary, minimum 80 servings required.
Butter cream still seems to be the frosting of choice. It has a smooth creamy texture, rich taste and a favorite amongst guests. However, many love the satiny look of fondant, but has heard that it does not taste as good as butter cream. Some fondants taste better than others, one of which is ours.
Fondant has a chewy texture, similar to that of a candy corn. It is a sugar dough that is kneaded, rolled to size and then draped and smoothed over a butter cream iced cake as a decorative finish. Our fondant comes in both vanilla and chocolate flavors.
In our opinion, fondant may be compared to the crust of a pizza, you may choose to enjoy it or leave it as you will still have a generous serving of cake and butter cream to savor. If you are interested in a fondant covered cake, please be sure to ask for sample at your consultation.

It's always helpful to us if you bring photos or have in mind what you would like your wedding cake to look like. Swatches of your wedding color, invites and/or other inspirations from your wedding are also helpful. In addition, we will need a rough estimate on the number of guests you are anticipating.
Yes. We offer "kitchen cakes" that supplement your presentation cake, starting at $3.00 per serving.
If you are anticipating 150 guests, we would offer you a three or four-tiered presentation cake that feeds 80-100. Now, to make up the remaining servings, we then would offer you our kitchen cake, which is priced at a lower price, per serving. The kitchen cake is decorated in butter cream and trimmed with a string of butter cream beads. Its quality, flavor and dimensions are identical to that of the presentation cake. It is primarily set aside and/or stored in the kitchen of your banquet hall until time to cut and serve the cake to your guests.
Grooms cake are, of course, made in honor of the groom and are generally chocolate flavored, unless otherwise requested. Again, the designs are totally custom and vary in creation. The grooms cake is usually presented during the rehearsal brunch or dinner, or in other cases, it is presented during the wedding reception, where it and the wedding cake sit side-by-side.
